Welcome to shralp, episode 74 from July, 29th 2007. A long and gnarly episode full of sick shralping. Plus a special announcement in the end, so make sure you’re watching it all.
You heard is already - this is the 10th Annual Pipe to Pipe rail jam and skateboard competition held at Windell’s summer camp on Mt. Hood. Local rider Nick Dirks hand-planted and switch-spun his way to first place and $1000 US for a second year in a row.  Windell’s counselor Kristin Seitz took first for the Pro-women.
Local Portlander Eden Powers won the the second part of the pipe to pipe comp - the skate competition.

Todays DVD teaser Purple Yeahh from Yeahh Productions just makes me smile. Maybe its just me, but isn’t that a great teaser? It has every aspect of snowboarding covered and it shows complete tricks with landings and whole lines. I am really looking forward to this DVD. Thanks Yeahh!

We promised some footage from the Abominable Snow Jam. This is part one - the Quaterpipe contest. We will have Pipe and Slopestyle in the next episode of shralp #75.
