Snowboarding around the globe! Welcome to shralp episode 77 from September 9th 2007. We start in New Zealand. This is the Parklife Invitational Street Jam, held August second in downtown Queenstown. Organizers managed to set up some nice and steep rails. And although it rained a lot, a crowd of 3000 came to watch the shralping and spinning contestants. Jessie Wilkinson from Wanaka took first place in the Open Men’s Snowboard division, earning himself $2000. Parklife Team rider Callie Conghan, from Queenstown, took out the Open Women’s Snowboard title.
We got this e-mail from Ben Ross from Canada, saying, “check out the teaser a buddy of mine made”. Let’s check out Cold Lamping together, a film with un-sponsored riders from Fernie, BC. So what do you think? Leave your comment on our website shralp.com.
Last stop Spain, Basque Country. Aitor send us some amateur riding from an area rather famous for its surfing. If you like to surf, go check out our surfing video podcast shralp surf! at shralp.com/surf .
That’s it for this episode next shralp will be live September 23rd.

The Cold Lamping teaser was awesome. Do you know where I can get hooked up with the DVD?
I doubt that the DVD will be easy to get hold of its not a major production, just am guys filmin their riding. Was in Fernie last year, so awsome to see and know the places where this was filmed. You can see their last years production called ‘Flat Light’ on http://www.ourfernie.com/flat_light , can download the wmv there too.
Hey shralp!
Massive respect for what you guys do. I know it can’t be easy, but you definitely seem to have the determination and skill.
I run my own snowboard webazine called MonthRAG at monthrag.com ..I always post news about each episode of shralp! on there.
Increase the peace!
Funny Teaser but I’m not that skierfan
