New Your City, New York / February 5th 2009

A lot of TTR events are going on right now - we got two of them today. Welcome to shralp episode 118 from Feburary 21st 2009.
This is the Snowscrapers. A unique event Red Bull set up in New York. They set up a hip style construction and invited 16 of the top snowboarders with shiny names like Shaun White, Travis Rice and Terje Haakonsen. But in the end, well see yourself.

TTR 5Star Canadian Open

Calgary, Canada / February 7-8 2009

More TTR: Olympic City Calgary hosted the Burton Canadian Open! Good weather, great conditions but strangely the judges decided if you want to be top three, your name has to start with a J.
Third place: Jeff Batchelor.
Second place: Justin Lamoureux
And #1: Jed Anderson

The slopestyle the next day had a sweet set up and the still nice conditions lead to great snowboarding And luckily judges relaxed their rules on names.

Third place Charles Reid
Second Sebastien Toutant
And the winner is Mikkel Bang.

Enter the Jib Vid Contest

If you are into filming snowboarding you should consider entering the Jib Vid contest. You got time till March 4th to register and maybe you and our crew get invited to Mayerhofen for the 28h finals on March 25th.
