Cold Water Classic Steamer Lane

Santa Cruz, California / USA
And yet another fairy tale story at a Cold Water Classic event. Welcome to episode 96 of shralp surf from December 6th 2009. The six star event at Steamer Lane in Santa Cruz was the last QS before Hawaii and it was Californian Nathan Yeomans who put himself into a qualifying position with a win and knowing what has happened at Haleiwa and Sunset, Nate is in and qualified for the 2010 ASP World Tour. Congrats! Question is though: Will it be a proper World Tour? Because rumors of the Rebel Tour happening, with the likes of Dane Reynolds, Taj Burrow and of course Kelly confirmed, are circulating heavily once again…
